    With an inlet on the upper part, and a hopper and an outlet on the lower part, this down flow type system prevents dust and gas, vortexes, and re-scattering
    Horizontal installation of the filter prevents dust, which can not fall down due to updraft, from intruding into the filter to reduce its durability. This feature enables a longer durability of the filter media and improves the collecting efficiency by more than 50%.

    Air tightness of the cartridge filter and the body is excellent. Removing and installation is easy.

    For replacing the filter of the conventional dust collectors, you have to open the hatch cover on the upper platform, and have to remove the blow tube, the venture and bag case. On the contrary, you just open the vertical door on the ground to replace the filter of DUSTKING, which saves the labor cost and time for replacement.
    No safety risk for workers during maintenance works.
    An operator or a system operator, even not trained specifically, can replace the bag and the filter.

    Size of the dust collector is much smaller than that of a conventional dust collector with the same capacity. For example of 100cmm, the size of our dust collector gets 50% smaller in the area and 20% smaller in the volume. The remaining available space can be used for other usage.
