    tank manufacturing

    )
    The tank size is determined considering conditions of a site and economical efficiency. If the factor of site is not considered, a smaller diameter will reduce the investment cost (materials and engineering). For storage of liquid contents in bulk except high pressure gases and volatile matters, CRT (Cone Roof Tank) is generally used. The details are described in the following table. The types of roof are divided into the fixed roof type and the open top type in general, and the fixed type can be divided into the self support roof and the supported roof. Corrosion of the bottom plate is the biggest problem for a tank. Finishing such as oil sanding is required to prevent corrosion which is caused by rain water intruding through the gap between the bottom plate and the foundation. tank manufacturing
