The dust collecting principle is same with that of the tangential-entry-type cyclone. This dust removing device is mainly used for collecting fine particles of 5§ or larger that are hard to collect with the single cyclone. |
|
The dust collecting efficiency has been improved by arranging several unit cyclones with small inner diameters. The number of unit cyclones is determined according to the gas amount to be treated. |
|
A unit cyclone consists of an outer cylinder, an inner cylinder and a cone. The exhaust gas flows in with the wind velocity of 14 ~ 15m/sec along the inner wall of the cylinder to generate centrifugal force by rotational and falling movement. If you use a high-clone with the dust back cone installed in the lower part of a unit cyclone, high efficient dust collecting, with improvement of efficiency by 3% ~ 5%, will be available. |

| Types |

Non-Powered Type: Centrifugal separation, by the exhaust gas containing energy, is possible. But the processing speed is relatively low. |

Powered Type: An additional suction fan provides energy to the exhaust gas for more powerful dust collecting. |
