Venturi Scrubber ?
As a wet-type dust collecting device, the Venturi scrubber spray cleaning water at a high velocity from the straw to separate and remove dust out of dust containing gas.
The most appropriate size of water drop is around 150 times larger than the diameter of dust. The flow velocity and air-water ratio are determined during designing according to the collecting particles.
As a specific space is required to remove mist of cleaned gas passing through the straw part, generally a cyclone is installed to be used as a diameter.
For treatment of dust containing gas accompanied with fume gas, a packed tower is installed on the back stage to improve the dust removing effect.
